Dear UFA Families and Providers,
We are thrilled to announce that we are expanding our team with Micah Hirokawa joining as Executive Director of the Utah Fits All (UFA) Program, managed by ACE Scholarships.
Jackie Guglielmo, ACE’s Vice President of ESA Programs, has been highly involved in the onboarding process of Micah and he looks forward to working closely with her moving forward.
Meet Micah K. Hirokawa, M.Ed.
As a seasoned educator and administrator in Utah, Micah celebrates the Beehive State’s education in all its many facets. He has a distinguished career in PK-12 education (District, Charter, Private, and Distance Learning), serving in roles such as Charter Superintendent, Head of School, Principal, SpEd Advocate, and Classroom Teacher.
His deep understanding of Utah’s educational community and passion for student success make him a perfect fit to lead the UFA Program into its next chapter.
Micah is committed to:
- Continuing to enhance customer support and engagement to better serve families and providers.
- Expanding communications and outreach even further to augment informational resources and identify new opportunities for schools and service providers to participate.
- Partnering with families, schools, and all those who are striving to do what is best for kids.
- Building more bridges and diving deep into the structures and processes that make this possible.
ACE Scholarships is confident that Micah’s leadership will bring even greater growth and success to the program. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our mission of empowering families and students to achieve their educational goals.
