Portfolio and Assessment

The Utah State legislature has moved the due date for assessments and portfolios to May 31st, 2025. Please check these sites for important information regarding your achievement selection and submission requirements. Failing to deliver either a record via portfolio OR a record of assessment will render your scholarship student ineligible for participation in the UFA Scholarship Program for the upcoming school year.
