Due to changes in the UFA law, some items and providers are no longer approved. Please refer to the law HB455 for more information. If you are not sure if an expense will be covered, you can contact our Customer Support team or submit a request for pre-approval.

When determining a school or provider eligible to become a qualifying provider, ACE Scholarships reviews each provider’s credentials to determine if they meet the requirements of the Utah Fits All law and are qualified to provide the services they selected at the time of application. It is the responsibility of the parent to evaluate whether the school or provider will meet the individual needs of their scholarship student, assess the quality of services provided, and address any concerns with the provider directly. We encourage scholarship parents to complete the provider survey they will be sent following a DirectPay transaction in ClassWallet.
Utah Fits All offers scholarship families a list of qualified providers from all over Utah and virtually from other locations. UFA’s provider list will continue to grow throughout the year. Please look for your preferred providers or browse the educational offerings by reading their information and visiting their websites. If you cannot find a specific provider you want to use, please refer them to us and we will invite them to apply.
